TJCASH stands for Trader Joe's Crew Assistance Support Help. We are Trader Joe's crew members offering factual information about the increasing union activities. Our aim is to support and assist our fellow crew members, and provide clarity on union matters.

Because of the increasing union efforts, there has been a lot of information spreading around; which makes it hard to discern which information is or isn't fact.

Many crew members feel that the atmosphere we had prior to the unionization movement is lost due to the divisiveness that has been created. We hope to restore the comforting atmosphere we had before.
